Who we are
FloGlo AI is an AI automation agency for local businesses. If you have any privacy question, email us at aiflowline@gmail.com — a human reads it.
What we collect
- Pilot requests. When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email, business name, and message. We use it only to reply and prepare your pilot plan. It is stored on our server and never sold.
- Demo chat. Messages you send to the Bella demo are transmitted to our server and to our AI provider (Groq, Inc.) so a reply can be generated. We do not keep chat transcripts.
- Abuse prevention. To keep the demo and forms working, we briefly count requests per IP address. This lives in server memory and is not stored long-term.
What we don't collect
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or ad trackers, and has no user accounts. We don't build profiles about you and we don't sell personal information — ever.
Who we share data with
Only our AI provider (Groq), which processes demo chat messages to generate replies. Otherwise we share personal information only if required by law.
How long we keep it
Pilot requests are kept as long as needed for normal business records. Email us any time and we'll delete yours.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aiflowline@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
