Plain-English terms.
1. What we do
FloGlo AI builds and manages AI automations for local businesses — including AI receptionists, missed-call text-back, review engines, and lead follow-up. Using this site or buying a plan means you agree to these terms.
2. Free 7-day pilot
The pilot installs one automation on your business, free, for 7 days. It ends automatically. You receive a results report showing what it did. If you don't continue with a paid plan, we remove the automation. No charge, no obligation.
3. Paid plans
- Launch — $750 one-time. AI receptionist on your website, missed-call text-back, review engine, and 30 days of tuning.
- Growth — $297/month. Everything in Launch, plus lead follow-up automation, monthly performance reports, and priority support. Billed monthly, cancel any time — cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are due as described on our pricing page. Prices are in USD.
4. Your responsibilities
Our automations are configured from business information you approve — services, prices, hours, tone of voice. You're responsible for making sure that information is accurate. Use the demo and our services lawfully, and don't try to disrupt or abuse them.
5. Intellectual property
Everything on this site — copy, design, and the FloGlo AI name and logo — belongs to us. Your business data, customer lists, and content remain yours.
6. Warranties and liability
We work hard to make our automations reliable, but they are provided "as is." AI systems can make mistakes, which is why every assistant is trained only on information you approve and escalates anything it's unsure about. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. The current version will always live on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the new terms.
